This large drawing 2.4m x 1.4m, is the first in the Seagull and Sailor series created as artist in Residence at Gosport Gallery with Hampshire County Council & Parntership Arts.
Here the sailor has falled from somewhere unknown, perhaps a ship or just the sky, the question being asked here is, is this the sailor or the seagull. The series is meant to be cyclical, no begining or end to the story.
The drawing is currently unframed.  Other drawings from this series are in private collections in Hawaii, and Lovedean Hampshire, and Southsea UK. The other four are still avaible.
